Colphaet, "The City in the Sky"

Colphaet is located on the highest peak in the Finback Mountains, and is set upon giant shelves built out of the mountain. The shelves jut into the thin mountain air, and not only provide the largest port for airships in all of Ara Alnair, but house the largest city. Though it is magnificent, Colphaet is also very well known for its crime rates. Its large open air markets provide plenty of oppurtunities for theives, con artists and various others in the Black Hands guild.
