Metar, "The City of Ice"

Metar is considered one of the more dangerous ports to get to, due to the icy waters and storm-riddled sea. It is, however, the most sheltered cove in Pakic, and the only way for large ships to trade with the northern country is to brave the treacherous waters. The city herself has little crime, do to the fact that the citizens all have a tendency to carry weapons with them at all times, and generally have a fierce loyalty to the well-being of their city.
